Djindjic slain by police unit ex-head

BELGRADE, Serbia, March 13 (UPI) -- The government Thursday blamed the assassination of Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic on a group led by a former commander of a Serbian special police unit. Serbia's acting president also said a state of emergency would remain until Milorad Lukovic, better known as Legija, and others who were involved were arrested.
