BELGRADE, Serbia, Feb. 24 (UPI) -- Vojislav Seselj, an ally of former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic, has left Belgrade to surrender to a U.N. war crimes tribunal. Seselj said he was going to The Netherlands to fight crimes against humanity allegations made against him in an indictment unveiled Feb. 14.
