Blix: Talks with Iraq 'useful'

BAGHDAD, Feb. 9 (UPI) -- Chief U.N. weapons inspector Hans Blix described as "useful" and "substantial" his two days of talks with Iraq officials. Blix and Mohammed ElBardaei met Sunday with Iraqi Vice President Taha Yassin Ramadan.
