SEOUL, Nov. 28 (UPI) -- South Korea's presidential election race has officially kicked off, with reformist candidate Roh Moo-hyun and conservative standard-bearer Lee Hoi-chang engaged in a tight two-way competition dominated by anti-corruption and North Korea. The country's 35 million voters on Dec. 19 will choose a successor to President Kim Dae-jung.
