Teen solves centuries-old math problem

OSLO, Norway, Oct. 11 (UPI) -- Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter has been selected to receive the 2002 Nobel Peace Prize, the Norwegian Nobel Committee announced Friday. The prize will be formally presented Dec. 10 in Oslo. It carries a cash award of about $1.1 million.
