Brazil's Serra: Lula is 'arrogant'

SAO PAULO, Oct. 11 (UPI) -- Brazilian presidential hopeful Jose Serra accused his rival in the upcoming election of undue "arrogance." The former health minister also said if Workers' Party candidate Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva is elected, the nation might succumb to the same problems plaguing neighboring Venezuela and Argentina.
