MOSCOW, Sept. 20 (UPI) -- Soaring farm productivity has yielded a record grain harvest in Russia, prompting Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov to announce the export of grain. Russia was one of the world's top grain importers under Soviet rule, but private-sector harvests will mean exports may reach 8 million tons of grain this year.
