CAIRO, July 31 (UPI) -- Kuwaiti Information Minister Ahmad Fahd Ahmad al-Sabah said Wednesday that Kuwait has no confidence in Iraq's intentions and received no guarantees Baghdad won't invade its neighbor again, the daily Al-Ahram reported, marking the 12th anniversary of the 1990 invasion of Kuwait. But, Ahmad said, Kuwait opposes military action against Iraq.
