MOSCOW, July 2 (UPI) -- Russian officials are blaming air traffic controllers in Switzerland for the collision late Monday of a Russian passenger jet and a cargo plane belonging to the DHL package delivery company that resulted in the deaths of 71 people, many of them children. Russian Deputy Transport Minister Alexander Neradko, and the chief of Bashkirian Airlines, Nikolai Odegov, were just two of many officials placing the blame on Swiss air traffic controllers.
