RIO DE JANEIRO, June 18 (UPI) -- One of Brazil's most notorious drug lords sought to purchase a shoulder-launched anti-aircraft missile from an arms dealer over the telephone while serving time in a Rio maximum-security prison, Brazilian officials told United Press International Tuesday. Federal police officials said the missile -- which originated in Argentina -- was found in the prison director's office.
