Scandal surrounds Brazil's Serra, again

SAO PAULO, May 17 (UPI) -- Scandal surrounded the campaign of Brazilian presidential hopeful Jose Serra once again Friday following allegations that a possible running mate illegally squirreled away several million dollars in various overseas accounts. According to a magazine article published Friday, Dep. Henrique Eduardo Alves stashed a total of $15 million in accounts in Switzerland, Jersey Island, Nassau and Miami.
