Dostum says al Qaida, Taliban regrouping

NEW DELHI, April 15 (UPI) -- The Taliban and al-Qaida militant groups are reorganizing in provinces on the border with Pakistan, the Afghan interim government deputy defense minister said Monday. Abdul Rashid Dostum told India's Star TV news the situation might go out of control if al-Qaida's top leaders are not captured soon.
