BELGRADE, Serbia, March 8 (UPI) -- The prosecution at the United Nations war crimes tribunal in The Hague this past week came up with its most convincing witness -- a Kosovo deputy mayor -- against Slobodan Milosevic. The former Yugoslav president is on trial for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Bosnia and Kosovo in the early 1990s.
