WASHINGTON, Jan. 4 (UPI) -- A senior Afghan official told a German television Friday that anti-Taliban forces may have already arrested the supreme Taliban leader Mullah Mohammed Omar. Mohammed Amin Farhang, the Afghan minister for reconstruction, told Germany's ARD state television network that he has "heard Mullah Omar has been arrested."
