SEOUL, Dec. 31 (UPI) -- North Korea has amassed an arsenal of 2,500-5,000 tons of biological and chemical weapons, including anthrax bacteria, South Korea's Defense Ministry said Monday. The ministry also said that despite an increase in inter-Korean exchanges, the communist North has continued to build up its military, posing threats to South Korea.
