Koreas stuck in row over peace talks venue

SEOUL, Oct. 24 (UPI) -- New inter-Korean peace talks are on the verge of collapse as the two Koreas remain mired in a dispute over venues to discuss reconciliation efforts. In a protracted tug-of-war, South Korea on Wednesday insisted the ministerial talks, scheduled to begin on Sunday, should open in the North Korean capital of Pyongyang.
