CALGARY, Alberta, Dec. 9 (UPI) -- Canadian exploration company Husky Energy Inc. announced a deepwater gas discovery in the South China Sea that could yield millions of cubic feet per day.
Husky Energy announced a "significant" gas discovery in the South China Sea at Block 29/26 following the completion of drilling and testing of its LH 34-2-1 exploration well in the region.
The well tested positively for natural gas. Analysis suggests the find could deliver more than 140 million cubic feet per day.
