ASTANA, Kazakhstan, Nov. 7 (UPI) -- Kazakhstan's national nuclear corporation, Kazatomprom, will build in China.
The announcement of Kazatomprom's involvement in the construction of new nuclear power plants in China was made by Kazatomprom Chief Mukhtar Dzhakishev, the Daily News Bulletin reported.
"Kazatomprom is embarking on a new line of business, which is helping to build nuclear power plants -- in this case in China," Dzhakishev said.
An agreement was signed between Kazatomprom and China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group and China National Nuclear Corp., Dzhakishev reported.
