MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., May 14 (UPI) -- Google announced Tuesday that they will be making their eyeglass computer system, Google Glass, available for purchase in the U.S. as long as supplies last.

The decision follows the successful one-day sale on April 15, with Google calling the response "overwhelming." They nearly ran out of stock in just the one day. Now that Google has replenished, they are once again making them available to customers in the U.S. The sale is limited though; Glass is only available as long as supplies last.

Google said the company still considers this a part of the stock options program, and the full-blown launch is still scheduled for later this year. Google Glass is currently priced at $1,500.
