WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 (UPI) -- San Diego, Calif., importer Infantino LLC is recalling 191,000 teething toys after receiving reports of infants choking, a U.S. watchdog agency said.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission said the toys under recall include Go Ga Squeeze & Teethe Coco the Monkey. They were imported from China and sold exclusively at Target Stores from December 2012 through January 2014 for about $13.

They are made of soft rubber, which is orange and shaped like a monkey. They are about 5 inches long and intended for use with newborns and older infants.

The agency said no injuries have been reported despite seven reports of infants choking or gagging on the monkey's tail.

Consumers were advised to take the teething toy away from infants immediately. Consumers can then contact Infantino to receive a free replacement toy.

Consumers can call 888-808-3111 for information.
