-- Monday kicks off the week with the November report on pending home sales issued by the National Association of Realtors and the monthly manufacturing report of the Dallas Federal Reserve.
-- Tuesday's calendar includes the Standard & Poor's Case-Shiller Home Price Index for October and two reports with data from December: the Chicago Purchasing Managers' Index released by MNI Deutche Borse Group and the Consumer Confidence report published by the Conference Board.
-- Wednesday's schedule will include the release of the December Manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index survey from the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing.
-- Thursday brings HSBC's release of its closely watched monthly report on manufacturing in China; Markit Economics' report on British and eurozone manufacturing; the U.S. Labor Department's weekly first-time unemployment claims report; a U.S Census Bureau report on November's construction spending figures; and parallel reports on U.S. manufacturing from the Institute of Supply Management and Markit Economics.
