NEW YORK, March 19 (UPI) -- The price of crude oil dropped $1.46 Tuesday to reach $92.40 per barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Gasoline shed 6.71 cents to $3.0539 per gallon. Home heating oil lost 3.12 cents to settle at $2.8868 a gallon.
Natural gas added 7.6 cents to hit $3.955 per million British thermal units.
At the pump, a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline was $3.692 Tuesday, up from Monday's $3.685, the AAA Fuel Gauge Report said.
