NEW YORK, Feb. 19 (UPI) -- The price of a barrel of crude oil picked up 80 cents to close at $96.66 Thursday on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Natural gas rose 12 cents to settles at $3.27 per million British thermal units.
Gasoline fell 1 cent to $3.12 a gallon.
Home heating oil dropped 3 cents to settle at $3.18 a gallon.
At the pump, the price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline was $3.748 Tuesday, up from $3.73 Monday, the AAA Daily Fuel Gauge Report said.
