New Navy submarine completes trials

WASHINGTON, Oct. 26 (UPI) -- Crude oil prices picked up 23 cents Friday, settling at $86.28 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Gasoline closed up 2 cents at $2.70 a gallon.
Home heating oil picked up 3.6 cents and finished the session at $3.10 a gallon.
Natural gas lost 3 cents to settle at $3.40 per million British thermal units.
At the pump, the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline was $3.575, down from Thursday's $3.599, AAA reported.
