CHICAGO, Oct. 26 (UPI) -- Prices were mostly lower Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade, plagued by weak export demand and a rising dollar.
Corn was off 3 3/4 to off 4 1/4, soybeans were off 2 3/4 to up 4 1/4, wheat was off 2 1/4 to off 9 and oats were up 1 to up 2.
Lack of export demand sent nearby corn lower despite dry weather conditions in South America. Soybeans ended the day off lows ahead of the November option expiration and subdued export demand. Profit-taking and a higher dollar index pressured wheat.
