NEW YORK, Sept. 28 (UPI) -- Crude oil prices moved higher Friday to top $92 a barrel with equities mixed in Asia and lower in Europe and the United States.

On the New York Mercantile Exchange, West Texas Intermediate crude oil for November delivery added 25 cents cents to $92.10 at the close. Natural gas prices added 2 cents cents to $3.317 per million British thermal units. Home heating oil added 1.21 cents cents to $3.1694 per gallon. Reformulated blendstock gasoline gained 19.77 cents to $3,.342 per gallon.

At the pump, the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline was $3.787 per gallon, down from Thursday's $3.795, AAA reported.
