Executive: Speculation driving oil prices

MADRID, March 13 (UPI) -- Thousands of employees of the high-speed AVE trains in Madrid have joined airline staff in their strike against privatization, Think Spain reported Sunday.
Around 2,700 workers who provide customer service and work in the cafeterias on board the trains are protesting the proposed privatization of Spain's railway board, RENFE.
Although the strike will not affect the running of the trains, they are planning the protest the same dates as the airline staff in protest over the privatization of the airport governing body, AENA.
The strikes will take place during the weekend of the Fallas in Valencia -- Saint Joseph's Day in the rest of the country -- and over Easter and the May bank holiday.
