
CHICAGO, Nov. 12 (UPI) -- Grain futures closed mixed on the Chicago Board of Trade Thursday as the dollar gained against the euro and the yen and equities fell.
Corn was off 3 1/2 to off 4; soybeans were up 15 to up 18 1/2, wheat was unchanged to up 1/4 and oats were up 2 1/2.
Corn futures fell with wet weather in the forecast for the Corn Belt. Wheat prices were up slightly with Egypt issuing a tender for up to 60,000 metric tons and purchasing 295,000 metric tons. China was in the market Thursday purchasing 116,000 metric tons of soybeans.

Corn: Dec 3.90 1/2, off 3 1/2; Mar 4.05 3/4, off 3 1/2; May 4.15 1/2, off 3 3/4; Jul 4.23 3/4, off 4.
Soybeans: Nov 9.82 1/4, up 18 1/2; Jan 9.90, up 18; Mar 9.95 3/4, up 16 3/4; May 9.98 3/4, up 15.
Wheat: Dec 5.31 3/4, unchanged; Mar 5.52 1/4, up 1/4; May 5.65 1/4, up 1/4; Jul 5.76 1/2, unchanged.
Oats: Dec 2.69; Mar 2.82 1/2; May 2.90 3/4; Jul 2.98 1/4, all up 2 1/2.
