NEW YORK, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- U.S. electronics company Peek launched a one-purpose web gadget Tuesday dedicated to those who like to tweet, tweet, tweet.

The device is called the TwitterPeek and in a world where phones have become as versatile as a Swiss Army knife, the gadget has pared down its purposes to just one: Posting and uploading tweets.

The hand-held device includes a full QWERTY keyboard, Cnet.com reported. But, for versatility, consider it a phone minus the voice capability, the emails, the global positioning system and the camera. This device only tweets.

The price varies depending on the package. For $99, consumers will own the device plus six months of Peek service. For $199, the service is paid for the life of the device, Cnet.com said.
