

CHICAGO, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- Grain futures closed mixed on the Chicago Board of Trade Tuesday as crude oil prices rose and equities fell flat in New York.
Corn was up 7 3/4 to up 8, soybeans were up 9 1/4 to up 13 1/2, wheat was off 1/4 to off 1 and oats were off 2 3/4.
Corn futures rose with rain expected in the western Corn Belt. Wheat prices dropped as the dollar rose against the euro. Soybean prices were supported by the rainy forecast, moving up in sympathy with crude oil.

Corn: Dec 3.90, up 7 3/4; Mar 4.03 1/2, up 7 3/4; May 4.13, up 8 1/4; Jul 4.21 1/2, up 8.
Soybeans: Nov 10.06 3/4, up 9 1/4; Jan 10.10 1/2, up 12 1/2; Mar 10.13 1/2, up 13 1/2; May 10.08 1/4, up 13 1/4.
Wheat: Dec 5.15 3/4, off 1; Mar 5.35 3/4, off 1; May 5.48 3/4, off 1/4; Jul 5.59 1/2, unchanged.
Oats: Dec 2.57, off 2 3/4; Mar 2.70 3/4, off 2 3/4; May 2.78 3/4, off 2 3/4; Jul 2.86 3/4, off 2 3/4.
