Drones over U.S. may pose security risks

WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 (UPI) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of Paula Deen cast iron cookware due to burn and laceration hazards.
About 51,000 Hammered Cast Iron Cookware pans and griddles were imported from China by QVC Inc. of West Chester, Pa., and sold nationwide from October 2007 through July 2009 for between $35 and $55.
The company has received 79 reports of cookware cracking or shattering while heated, the commission said in a statement.
The recall includes 11-inch cast iron grill pans and griddles, sold as QVC items K14984, K11970 and K135024.
Consumers were advised to stop using the cookware and return items to QVC stores for a full refund.
Consumers can call 800-367-9444 for information.
