WAYNE, N.J., April 2 (UPI) -- U.S. retail giant Toys "R" Us said Thursday it would introduce a discount shop in the front of their outlets called $1-$2-$3 Fun!

The sections of the store will include about 100 items for $3 or less, the Los Angeles Times reported.

"In addition to special values and promotions on affordable fun throughout the year, we offer the broadest assortment of toys and games to fit every budget," Toys "R" Us senior vice president Karen Dodge said. "This shop is a natural extension of that assortment."

The retailer was set to launch the in-store discount sections Thursday, the newspaper said.
