U.S. markets mixed Tuesday

WASHINGTON, July 30 (UPI) -- The U.S. space agency said it will award a $29 million contract to Al-Rtazaq Computing Services for financial support services at the Ames Research Center.
The small-business, performance-based contract requires the Houston company to provide Ames with financial services support, including resources management, financial management, program analysis and controls, business information services and special financial analysis. Work will be performed at Ames, located at Moffett Field, Calif.
NASA said the contract will have a period of performance consisting of a two-year base period, followed by three one-year options.
