The 13.8V DC power supplies, imported by RadioShack Corp. (NYSE:RSH) of Fort Worth, Texas, are wired incorrectly, a CPSC statement said. No injuries have been reported.
About 160,000 of the power supply units were sold from October 2004 through January 2008 for $50-$85.
