Crude oil prices rise slightly Friday

NEW YORK, May 30 (UPI) -- Crude oil prices gained steadily in New York Friday, rebounding after falling more than $4 per barrel Thursday.

On the New York Mercantile Exchange, crude oil prices rose 0.61 cents Friday to $127.50 per barrel. The price of heating oil fell 0.0108 cents to in late trading to $3.649 per gallon. Reformulated blendstock gasoline prices fell 0.0239 cents to $3.385 per gallon. Natural gas prices rose 0.027 cents to $11.73 per million British thermal units.

At the pump, the national average price for a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline continued its week of record setting, hitting $3.962, up from Thursday's price of $3.952, AAA said.
