NEW YORK, April 14 (UPI) -- Crude oil prices bumped up to a record Monday on news that a leaking pipeline in Tennessee had disrupted deliveries briefly.

The Royal Dutch Shell PLC leak along the pipeline known as "Capline" spilled little -- 10 gallons, The Wall Street Journal reported -- but disrupted the flow of 1.2 million barrels a day.

Crude oil prices peaked at $111.76 per barrel Monday, up $1.14 on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Heating oil prices gained 0.0046 cents in late trading to $3.2075 per gallon. Reformulated blendstock prices fell 0.0003 cents to $2.8215 per gallon.

Natural gas prices rose 0.031 cents to $10.084 per million British thermal units.

At the pump, the national average price of a gallon of unleaded gasoline was $3.3371 Monday, up from Sunday's $3.365, AAA said.
