SEATTLE, May 31 (UPI) -- The coffee giant Starbucks is switching all of its U.S. and Canadian stores to 2 percent milk for its espresso-based drinks, beginning next week.

Whole milk and skim milk will be available on request, the company said.

Brandon Borrman, a company spokesman, said New York would kick off the conversion in the next week, the Seattle Post-Intelligencer reported.
