
WASHINGTON, May 31 (UPI) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced the voluntary recall of King Chief Dried Lily Flowers and Lucky Eight Dried Lily Bulbs.
Both products were recalled by their New York manufacturers because of undeclared sulfites that pose a health risk for people sensitive to sulfites.
Domega International Ltd. recalled the dried lily flowers while Murray International Trading Inc. recalled the lily bulbs.
The recalled King Chief dried lily flowers, a product of China, were sold nationwide in uncoded 6-ounce, transparent plastic bags. Consumers with questions can contact Domega International at 646-938-7345.
The Lucky Eight Brand dried lily bulbs, also a product of China, were sold nationwide in uncoded 12-ounce transparent plastic bags. Consumers with questions can contact Murray International at 718-230-7888.
