U.S. markets recover from steep losses

BARCELONA, Spain, July 24 (UPI) -- Ticketmaster, the world's biggest ticketing group, is buying Tick Tack Ticket, a Spanish company.
The value of the deal for the Barcelona company, which serves more than 400 event organizers, was not disclosed, Ticketmaster said Monday.
Tick Tack Ticket's managing director, Eugeni Calsamiglia Blancafort, will remain in place be responsible for servicing clients in the Spanish marketplace on behalf of Ticketmaster and Tick Tack Ticket.
