EL SEGUNDO, Calif., June 29 (UPI) -- Australian money manager AMP Ltd. is paying CSC Corp. of California $146 million in a 4-year information technology outsourcing contract.
The contract extends the two companies' original engagement, started in 1993, making it one of the longest running information technology strategic outsourcing relationships in Australia, CSC said Thursday.

Under the new agreement, CSC will continue to provide desktop, network and mainframe maintenance and support, and selected mid-range services.
AMP is Australia's No. 1 provider of superannuation, has the largest financial planning network in the country and is one of the region's largest investment managers.
