PPG did not disclose the cost of Shanghai Sunpool Building Material Co. Ltd., including Shanghai IDI International Co. Ltd., and a group of Shanghai-based businesses that make and distribute coatings and building materials, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported Friday.

Shanghai IDI is the sole distributor in China of PPG's Master's Mark architectural paint.
