PARIS, March 3 (UPI) -- St. Louis-based brewer Anheuser-Busch Friday appealed a European court ruling keeping it from marketing its Budweiser beer name in Portugal.
The European Court of Human Rights had agreed with Czech rival Budejovicky Budvar, which also makes a beer called Budweiser, that Budejovicky alone had rights to the Budweiser name in Portugal, the BBC said.
