U.S. markets recover from steep losses

FREIBURG, Germany, Feb. 21 (UPI) -- Germany's SAG Solarstrom AG will buy $100 million of photovoltaic modules from Evergreen Solar Inc.
The four-year deal will guarantee work for Evergreen's Massachusetts plant, Evergreen Solar said Tuesday.
"This agreement with SAG is in line with Evergreen Solar's plan to establish relationships with proven solar power leaders," said Richard M. Feldt, Evergreen Solar's chief executive officer.
