TOKYO, Dec. 27 (UPI) -- Japan's Sanyo will begin marketing a new wireless broadband system it has developed with Soma Networks.
The system is designed to be low-cost and will be marketed to telecom companies internationally.

A company in the Cayman Islands has agreed to use the system, Kyodo said Tuesday.
Soma Networks is a U.S.-based developer of broadband solutions.
