TEMPE, Ariz., Dec. 27 (UPI) -- MobilePro has struck a deal to offer Arizona State University's student body discounted access to its WazTempe wireless broadband network.

The service will be made available to the roughly 50,000 students on the Tempe campus starting Jan. 31 with citywide access operating fully in February.

"Bringing ASU on board is a key step toward our goal of reaching every person within the 40 square miles of Tempe with our WazTempe network," said MobilePro Chief Executive Officer Jay Wright.
