CHICAGO, Oct. 27 (UPI) -- Chicago's Sara Lee Corp. Thursday said it was selling its U.S. retail coffee business to an Italian concern for $82.5 million.

Segafredo Zanetti Group will buy the assets -- which brought in $213 million in sales during the 2005 fiscal year -- by yearend, Sara Lee officials said.

Among brand names included in the sale are Chock full o'Nuts, Hills Bros and Chase & Sanborn. The sale does not include Sara Lee's global Senseo brand.
