NAGOYA, Japan, Oct. 26 (UPI) -- Toyota Tsusho Corp. and Tomen Corp. are talking about merging into what would be the sixth-largest trading house in Japan.
Company representatives are expected to announce a decision this week, the Kyodo news agency reported Wednesday. If they decide to proceed, the merger would take place in April and the combined entity take the Toyota Tsusho name, officials said.

Together the two entities, which are now divisions of Toyota Motor Corp., would have yearly sales of $43 billion.
