Indonesians complain of Russian rules

JAKARTA, Oct. 12 (UPI) -- Indonesian businesses are complaining about what they characterize as unnecessary barriers to commerce in Russia.

Among the complaints are non-tariff "barriers" like complex requirements for health and security certificates, notifications and related documents, a spokesman for the businesses said.

He also said Indonesian business representatives found the array and complexity of Russian regulations lacking in transparency, MosNews said Wednesday.
