DETROIT, June 1 (UPI) -- General Motors Corp. said Wednesday that, effective immediately, it was extending to vehicle customers the same discounts it gives to employees.
The deal, which lasts until July 5, includes all 2005 GM cars and trucks, except for the Chevy Corvette and the GMC medium-duty trucks, MarketWatch reported.
"You will find that we are more aggressive in terms of our pricing in the month of June, but when you look at it, I don't think you will see it unreasonable," said Paul Ballew, sales analyst for GM.
