ATLANTA, March 21 (UPI) -- Coca-Cola North America said Monday it is rolling out a zero-calorie soda that specifically targets younger consumers.
Coca-Cola Zero will go on sale in June, a time when soft drink sales traditionally increase.

Coke officials said the beverage, which is sweetened with aspartame and acesulfame potassium, is not being positioned as a competitor to the company's other profitable brand, Diet Coke.
The company plans to draw consumers with media fanfare -- including listing a special, "limited edition" sample pack on eBay. Proceeds from the listing will go to charity, company officials said.
